What is your process for handling customer complaints?

1,Listen to the customer to get the issue description, the impact it has had on them.
2,Identify the root cause of the problem: Try to determine the underlying cause of the customer's complaint so that we can find a solution that addresses the root of the problem.
3,Provide a solution: If the problem could be solved at customer's side, we'll provide our advise. If not, then discuss the solving method(compensate new items or return defective parts back) with customer.
4,Follow up: Follow up with the customer to ensure that the issue has been resolved to their satisfaction.
And after reason confirmed, we'll provide 8D report or other files which customers require.
